Ba Guan
Cupping draws on Traditional Chinese Medicine wisdom to address what the hands alone sometimes cannot reach. By creating gentle suction, the cups lift the skin and underlying tissue—releasing adhesions, improving circulation, and creating space where the body has become stuck, shortened, or bound by tension. Whether from overuse, old injuries, poor posture, or chronic stress, cupping invites the tissue to let go and begin healing. Sessions are static, allowing the body time to fully receive the work.

Gua Sha
A time-honored practice from Traditional Chinese Medicine, gua sha uses smooth, intentional strokes across the skin. This technique warms the blood, breaks up stagnation, and encourages the free flow of qi — the vital life fluid that, when balanced, keeps the body healthy and resilient. The result is relaxed muscles, improved circulation, and a body that feels more open and at ease. Commonly applied to the face and neck for a more relaxing experience, and to the back, shoulders, arms, and legs with deeper, more intense clearing sessions, gua sha is a powerful addition to any healing session.
