Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a distinct, highly specialized technique — not to be confused with general

lymphatic massage. Certified through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies in the Vodder Technique and Advanced

MLD for post-surgical care, this modality is built for bodies in active physical recovery: healing from surgery or physical

injury, and often more fragile and sensitive than usual. Every stroke is slow, light, and deliberate, working with tissue that

needs extra care rather than pressure. This is not a substitute for Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), the specialized

treatment or lymphedema, which falls outside this certification.

MLD - 60 Minute Session

Designed for clients recovering from surgery or trauma whose bodies call for an especially light, careful touch. Slow, precise strokes support the body's own healing process during this delicate stage of recovery.
