Pure Mind
Pure Mind is a four-session introduction to mindfulness and meditation course that is adapted from Duke Universities Koru program. I have designed this program to meet the needs of women of all ages and stages of life. Mindfulness is paying attention to your present moment. Women have high rates of positive and negative stress. Mindfulness has proven to help by cultivating resilience, confidence, compassion, and wisdom.
It is never too late to understand and develop the tools of mindfulness and meditation.
